When is it best to start looking for a dress for an event?
Give yourself as much time as possible to choose your outfit. Bear in mind that you may need to order which can take more than 12 weeks. There is also a lot of choice be sure to see everything to make your evening as special as possible.
I want a specific dress, how long does it take to order it in?
We try to keep our lead times to a minimum however it can take up to 12 weeks to get some dresses in if they are not on our rails. Please ask us for an approximate delivery date for your desired dress.
What is the price range of the different collections?
We try to get dresses in that fit the needs of everyone and also allow the wearer to feel their best. The dresses featured on our website start at £120 and go up to about £320. Please feel free to contact us for more specific pricing.
Do you hold dresses in stock?
Yes, our website shows a fraction of what we stock or are able to buy in. Although the internet is great for getting ideas you ought to come in to the store where you will be free to peruse our full range.

What sizes do you stock?
Most of our ranges are available from size 0 - 32, we have in stock up to 24 however this is a question that is not relevant. You can be any size in the RIGHT gown and look amazing. Trust us!

Ask in store about our payment options. Typically we take 50% deposit with the balance payable on collection.
I also need a tiara and some nice looking jewellery for my big night, will I need to look elsewhere?
No, We have you covered with a selection of high quality cost effective jewellery and tiara's.
I saw a gown you sell on the internet from another country, it appears to be cheaper?
It may appear to be cheaper but you need to consider many additional costs you may face. Shipping, handling, taxes in the country of origin, taxes and duty in the UK, VAT and many more. Then what do you do if you don't like it or it doesn't fit?
